Job Description:

Emeritus is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing primarily on Online Reputation Management (ORM). The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of brand guidelines and digital safety. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining the company's online presence and ensuring the brand's reputation is consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Reputation Management:

  • Monitor and manage the company's and partner universities' online presence across various platforms including social media, review sites, forums, and blogs.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to both positive and negative reviews, comments, and mentions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance and protect the company's online reputation.
  • Track and report on ORM performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Brand Guidelines:

  • Ensure all communications and content adhere to Emeritus' and affiliated universities' brand guidelines.
  • Educate and collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guideline documents and resources.

Digital Safety:

  • Monitor for potential digital threats to the company's reputation and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Work with the IT and legal teams to address and resolve any digital safety issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in digital safety and reputation management.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content that aligns with the company's brand voice and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support ORM efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with customers, partners, and influencers to foster positive relationships and enhance the brand's online presence.
  • Handle crisis communication effectively to maintain trust and credibility with stakeholders.

Skills & qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 Yrs of ORM and Social Media strategy and calendar management experience
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
