Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, Assistant Manager-Sales and Marketing to join our team at Sky Global Pvt Ltd.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.

Your primary focus will be on promoting our comprehensive range of barcode label solutions to businesses across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our barcode label solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating sales leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field experience.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the Printing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic approach to sales.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
