As a Cluster Lead for Finance & Accounts, your role encompasses overseeing and managing the financial and accounting functions within a cluster or group of Schools.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information while maintaining compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards

Responsibilities:

Ensure Adherence to Audit CalendarEnsure Adherence to Training CalendarEnsure Adherence to Department CalendarReview and improve Audit Checklist and also a process to review the outcome.

To engage with all the Team members across all centers and Vertex to ensure that all are working towards goal.

To understand the manpower requirement of schools and ensure adequate staffing at the fee counters on all working days.
To develop a team with proper training and coaching to reduce dependency on others departments.

Ensuring NIL cases of theft of fees/ financial fraudsTo ensure timely deposition of fees in centers by daily review of Collection report submitted by Fees Executive.

Ensure structured Documentation and Records ManagementTo identify the root cause of issues and propose solution to resolve the issue.
To create an environment in coordination with the school principal which ensure that the team members in the system

Desired QualificationGraduate in Finance, Accounting or any other related field.

ExperienceMinimum years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, Prior experience in cluster based finance environment is desirable.


Expected CompetenciesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and provide actionable insightsProficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data analysis techniques.

Excellent knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software applications.

Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial planning software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Tally ERP) is a plus.

Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are desirable.
