· Analyse financial data related to land acquisition and management activities. Prepare financial models, forecasts, and reports to support decision-making processes and optimize land investment strategies.

·Develop and monitor budgets for land acquisition projects. Track expenditures, compare actual costs against budgets, and identify variances. Implement cost control measures to ensure efficient use of financial resources.

· Analyse financial data related to land acquisition and management activities. Prepare financial models, forecasts, and reports to support decision-making processes and optimize land investment strategies.

· Manage lease agreements for land acquisition and utilization. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., ASC 842) and regulatory requirements. Record lease transactions accurately and maintain lease accounting records.

· Oversee accounting processes for land transactions, including purchase agreements, option payments, closing costs, and related expenses. Ensure timely and accurate recording of land acquisition transactions in the general ledger.

· Coordinate with external vendors, landowners, and legal counsel involved in land acquisition and management activities. Review vendor contracts, invoices, and payments. Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure adherence to contractual terms.

· Prepare financial reports and presentations related to land acquisition and management activities. Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making and project planning.

· Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls related to land acquisition and management. Conduct periodic audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and mitigate financial risks.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, project development, and finance, to support land acquisition initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide financial expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders as needed.
