Cctv Technician

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for a motivated and technically inclined individual to join our team as an Onsite CCTV Technician Intern.

This position provides hands-on experience in the field of surveillance technology and offers the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.

• Assist in the installation of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment at client locations.
• Learn to mount and position cameras, run cables, and ensure proper connectivity.

• Gain experience in configuring and setting up CCTV systems for optimal performance.
• Work with senior technicians to understand software settings and camera configurations.

• Participate in routine maintenance activities to ensure the functionality of CCTV systems.
• Learn to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Assist in conducting quality checks on installed CCTV systems to meet industry standards.
• Learn to identify and rectify any issues affecting system performance.

• Shadow experienced technicians during client interactions to understand customer service best practices.
• Develop effective communication skills for addressing client questions and concerns.

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of installations, configurations, and service reports.
• Learn to create documentation for endusers on system usage and troubleshooting tips.

• Work collaboratively with the onsite team to ensure efficient project execution.
• Gain exposure to teamwork, communication, and problemsolving in a realworld setting.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Seek guidance from senior technicians to further your understanding of CCTV technology.
