Cctv Technician

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Installation Support**:

- Assist in the installation of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment at client locations.
- Learn to mount and position cameras, run cables, and ensure proper connectivity.

2. **System Configuration**:

- Gain experience in configuring and setting up CCTV systems for optimal performance.
- Work with senior technicians to understand software settings and camera configurations.

3. **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Participate in routine maintenance activities to ensure the functionality of CCTV systems.
- Learn to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

4. **Quality Assurance**:

- Assist in conducting quality checks on installed CCTV systems to meet industry standards.
- Learn to identify and rectify any issues affecting system performance.

5. **Customer Interaction**:

- Shadow experienced technicians during client interactions to understand customer service best practices.
- Develop effective communication skills for addressing client questions and concerns.

6. **Documentation**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate records of installations, configurations, and service reports.
- Learn to create documentation for end-users on system usage and troubleshooting tips.

7. **Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the onsite team to ensure efficient project execution.
- Gain exposure to teamwork, communication, and problem-solving in a real-world setting.

8. **Professional Development**:

- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Seek guidance from senior technicians to further your understanding of CCTV technology.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
