Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst in Risk & Compliance, Control Testing, and Compliance Testing will support the mandate of the Group Chief Compliance Office (CCO) by engaging in key activities and processes to ensure effective governance and compliance across the organization. This role involves producing input for governance meetings, maintaining management processes, supporting the execution of compliance plans, and rolling out specific compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Governance and Reporting:
  • Produce input and prepare materials for relevant governance fora and meetings, including management and leadership team meetings.
  • Maintain and update management processes and supporting MI (Management Information) and governance frameworks.
  • Prepare and report on the completion of mandatory training within the COO team.
  • Coordinate and manage recognition awards and other compliance-related acknowledgments.
  • Compliance Plan Execution:
  • Support the coordination and oversight of the execution of COO-owned Compliance Annual Plan items.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the COO strategy and Compliance Target Operating Model.
  • Contribute to the People Plan, ensuring alignment with compliance objectives.
  • Identify and leverage data and analytics opportunities to enhance compliance processes.
  • Compliance Initiatives:
  • Support the rollout of specific COO activities arising from broader Compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of compliance-related projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of compliance initiatives, providing updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CRISC) is preferred.
