Job Mission:
As an M365 Specialist / Architect you will play a critical role in helping our organization to leverage the power of M365 services to drive the business forward. You will be responsible for designing and implementing M365 solutions and managing complex projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Architecture experience in designing, implementing, configuring, testing, migrating & securing Exchange (on-premises/online).
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with M365 at an Enterprise level.
- Working knowledge on M365 tenant design & build, license management, mail flow configuration, SMTP relay, archives, retention policies, DLP, labels
- Experience with administration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory
- Architectural Proficiency (Design, Build, Migrate) with Office 365 Email Protection.
- Responsible for the overall deployment, management, and administration of Microsoft 365 within an enterprise organization.
- Configures the tenant, including organizational profile, subscriptions, services, users, licenses, security groups, and administrative roles.
- Manages user identities, authentication, and access control.
- Enforces compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Manages threat protection, data loss prevention, and compliance features. - Good exposure to IT Infrastructure services and applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree.
- M365-related certifications is a plus.
- Experience in designing and implementing solutions in M365.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Relevant certifications in cloud security and governance are a plus.
