Title: Fashion Consultant & Public Relations Executive

This position calls for you to juggle multiple responsibilities with finesse. As a Fashion Consultant, your goal is to seize every opportunity to boost sales and deliver exceptional customer service in the dynamic realm of online fashion retail. Your key responsibilities will involve:

1. Customer Engagement and Sales

  • Interact with customers through live chat, email, and social media to address queries, offer product suggestions, and facilitate purchases.
  • Utilize your fashion expertise to drive sales, surpass revenue goals, and enhance sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales conversions and targets through persuasive communication and effective sales tactics.
  • Showcase a consistently professional and customer-oriented approach to resolve client issues via phone, email, or social media.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • Accurately process online orders to ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to manage order fulfillment, track shipments, and provide delivery updates.
  • Promptly address any order-related concerns to uphold customer satisfaction.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships by offering personalized support, addressing issues, and providing post-purchase assistance.
  • Collect customer feedback and testimonials to understand their preferences and shopping habits.
  • Strive to enhance overall customer experience and loyalty through exceptional service and attention to detail.

As a Public Relations Executive specializing in influencer partnerships, you will drive strategic PR initiatives, manage media connections, and nurture relationships with key influencers and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will involve:
