The Order to Cash Associate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of receiving and fulfilling customer orders, as well as assisting with the collection of payments from customers.
This entry-level position is ideal for BCom freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the field of order to cash processesBachelors degree in Commerce (BCom) or related fieldGood communication and interpersonal skillsKey Responsibilities:
Assist in processing customer orders accurately and efficientlySupport the generation and sending of invoices to customersHelp monitor and follow up on outstanding paymentsAid in resolving payment discrepancies and billing issuesAssist in maintaining accurate records of customer transactionsCommunicate with customers regarding payment status and overdue accountsCollaborate with team members to streamline the order-to-cash processProvide general support for credit management activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related fieldStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new tasksStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
