SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Coordinator will support the Supply Chain department in the day-to-day management and operations of Supply Chain.

This includes hotels/serviced apartments supplier relationship management, assisting with pricing requests, RFP's (Request for Proposals) onboarding and training new hotels/serviced apartments suppliers, conducting hotel/serviced apartment site visits as necessary, maintaining and updating the hotels/serviced apartments supplier database, and assisting with service issues.

This position will analyze existing reporting, assist to prepare new reporting, participate in projects determined by Supply Chain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain approved hotels/serviced apartments database, ensuring all suppliers have a current Due Diligence Form and SLA on file.
  • Train and onboard suppliers on SynergySmart tool
  • Assist to consolidate supplier scorecard report for use in benchmarking suppliers
  • Assist to coordinate client tours with suppliers
  • Assist Supply Chain team to produce and publish quarterly and annual business reviews for strategic partners
  • Stay abreast of market trends that could impact the company's ability to effectively manage inventory
  • Participate in projects determined by Supply Chain
  • Support the Supply Chain team by assisting in the RFQ/RFP process
  • Ensure all supplier records in Sourcing Platform are up to date, hold the correct information, areas of coverage and supply chain compliance documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min 2 year experience in hospitality related industry
  • Proficient in Excel including functions and lookups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent comprehension of Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to build rapport and maintain working relationships while being a firm negotiator
  • Solves a variety of problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate with all levels of the organization). Ability to read, write, hear, and speak in English and other languages would be an added advantage.

EDUCATION:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in hospitality or real estate management related field.

Generally, works in a moderately quiet office environment with constant interruptions.

Pay:
₹4, ₹8,088.00 per year
