Responsibility:

  • Create and execute team strategy aligned with BU priorities and values
  • Lead, manage, and coach the global customer supply chain team
  • Represent the global customer supply chain team to senior leadership
  • Work closely and align across all functions of the business unit
  • Identify, implement, and drive solutions for our strategic customer base
  • Implement service level definitions and agreements across team
  • Execute process improvement initiatives to drive improved performance
  • Assist and/or lead commercial projects and data analytic efforts
  • Resolve systematic delivery issues with strategic customers
  • Incorporate acquired customers into the TE systems and processes
  • Provide performance updates and team reviews
  • Bachelors in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant work experience in commercial or project management role
  • Experience leading/influencing change management
  • Experience in transformation management
  • Experience in leading global and diverse teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of VOC, customer analytics, CE design and customer journey mapping
  • Flexibility to travel globally as required
  • Six Sigma, PMP or related certification is a plus
