Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

• Assist GPOs/SPLs to provide support for Pharmacovigilance (PV) processes.
• Provide operational, technical and maintenance support of appropriate PV excellence (PVE) Workstreams.
• Undertake Template Manager Role to support PV documentation in VeeVa Vault (Regulatory and Clinical).
• Provide support for metric collection, compilation and reporting.
• Provide support for Management Monitoring.
• Review content on PVE owned webpages and ensure materials are up to date and fully operational.
• Provide technical support for department processes and maintain documentation/repositories as needed.

Competencies:

• Minimum level of jobrelated experience required: 0 to 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience (e.g. drug safety (desired), regulatory, clinical development, medical affairs).
• Working knowledge of key pharmacovigilance regulations and methodologies.
• Familiarity with medical/scientific terminology desirable
• Good English language skills written and verbal particularly in scientific/medical terminology.
• Ability to evaluate data and draw conclusions with appropriate guidance from senior team members or manager.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Serviceoriented attitude and ability to be a team player and interact effectively with all levels of personnel in an interdisciplinary and matrix environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools, website maintenance, social media, document management systems
• Good level of flexibility and ability to prioritize work

Education:

Minimum level of education:
Bachelor's Degree - Life sciences (Biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine or other relevant scientific discipline)

Preferred level of education:
Pharmacy, Medical or pharmacology degrees.
