Inviting applications for Assistant Manager, Marketing Analytics
This role supports Commercial Analytics enablement of sales and marketing analytics, which includes the oversight of promotional activities, measure and optimize various marketing measures, HCP eligibility, and targeting. This role also serves as a key point between sales, marketing and operations related to the areas identified above. Good understanding of industry trends this role will provide insights and recommendations for driving business performance associated with sales / marketing teams.
Key Requirements/Responsibilities
• Hands on Marketing Analytics operations including brand launch support, brand positioning, customer segmentation, patient analytics, market mix modeling, campaign effectiveness measurement, Omni Channel analysis and competitive analysis for pharmaceutical brands
• Data-driven insights and make recommendations to measure and optimize salesforce promotion analysis using statistical techniques like, MMX, Test control analysis, Optimization, key driver analysis and communication with HCPs, as well as internal reporting with key partners such as sales and marketing leadership
• Builds and models a culture of questioning and constructive challenge to foster openness and candid dialogue
• Encourages accountability and responsibility that enables others to act with integrity
• Hands on experience in commercial organization analyses including sales force sizing, alignment and call planning and targeting
• Finding opportunities for improving salesforce internally and informing solutions to drive field impact
• Hands on experience of using statistical / ML analysis for marketing operations like MMX, A/B testing, causal analysis, optimization etc.
• Experience of leading client engagement for US based pharmaceutical clients
• Experienced in pharma data sets such as IQVIA, Symphony: Xponent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, LAAD, FIA, Formulary data, Prescriber Dynamics, Payer, Digital Interaction data, Veeva CRM, Call Activity data
• Experience in R/Python/SAS and SQL, Excel
• Familiarity with process set-up, quality critical metrics and operational issues / management
• Knowledge of various therapeutic groups
• Business analytics or sales operations in the biopharmaceutical or other healthcare industries

Minimum Qualifications
• MPharma (with MBA), B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science/BE/B Tech. or equivalent work experience in the requested field
• Should be familiar with concepts of Machine Learning/Statistical Learning and AI and their application cases.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing Analytics preferably for US based clients
• Knowledge in analytical tools like Python/R/SAS
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ownership of tasks assigned without supervisory follow-up
• Pro-activeness and passion to tackle new challenges
• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results in demanding situations
