We are seeking a highly motivatedand talented individual to join our startup for a Strategy Positionin the Finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for adriven individual interested in gaining practical experience instrategy development and financial analysis within the dynamicstartup ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely withour Finance team to support the strategic decisionmaking processesand contribute to the overall growth and success of thecompany.

AREA OFRESPONSIBILITIES

Yourresponsibilities in the Strategy Position willinclude:

  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate performance forecast trendsand improve decisionmaking using financialdata.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterlyfinancial analysis packets for management
  • Provide support for annual budgeting / KPIprocesses
  • Strategy Planning:Conduct industry research identify growth opportunities andcontribute to strategic plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set goals analyze data andprovide insights for business improvements.
  • Financial Modelling: Build complex financial models forplanning and analysis purposes.
  • Operational Efficiency Analysis: Collaborate to identifyprocess improvements and implement bestpractices.
  • Reporting andPresentation: Communicate complex financial and strategicinformation through reports andpresentations.
  • Supporting researchdocument review and data processing
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategicinitiatives and business plans to drive profitability andgrowth.
  • Provide support infinancial analysis forecasting and budgeting to ensure optimalresource allocation and costefficiency.
  • Assist in conducting due diligence for potentialinvestments partnerships or acquisitionopportunities.
  • Participate inbrainstorming sessions and strategic discussions to contributeinnovative ideas and solutions.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) toevaluate the effectiveness of strategicinitiatives.
  • Assist in thepreparation of presentations reports and financial models forstakeholders investors and senior management.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends regulatory changes andbest practices in startup finance.


RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS
  • Pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree inBusiness Finance Economics or related field Prior understanding inFinance Strategy Consulting
  • Workwith deadlines and present complexinformation.
  • Proficient in GoogleDocs and Google Sheets is advantageous
  • Strong in numbers and proficient in Microsoft ExcelPowerpoint
  • Analytical meticulouswith a positive attitude to learn fast and work hard high bias foraction and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Good team player and able to work with minimalsupervision
  • Fluent inEnglish
