What You'll Do

· Lead & Innovate : Craft and execute the consumer strategy from the ground up.

· Build Boldly : Create dynamic consumer access channels that stretch across geographies.

· Own the Campaign : Design and launch cutting-edge D2C campaigns that not only meet but exceed performance targets.

· Data-Driven Brilliance : Leverage analytics to craft customer-centric, data-led campaigns across all digital paid channels—think marketplaces, search, social, video, mobile, and beyond.

· Strategic Vision : Develop robust frameworks using multimedia mix models and multi-touch attribution to steer our investment decisions.

· Optimize & Scale : Continuously refine and enhance sales funnels, driving both user engagement and business growth.

What We're Looking For

· 8+ years of digital marketing mastery, with at least 3 years championing D2C growth and digital acquisition.

· A proven innovator who can scale and execute high-impact marketing strategies.

· Deep insights into marketing funnels, KPIs, attribution models, and performance metrics .

· A visionary analyst capable of turning complex data into powerful strategies.

· A dynamic communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.

· A collaborative leader with high emotional intelligence—ready to get hands-on and drive success.
