Job Title: Functional Consultant – TPM/RGMLocation: Hyderabad/ Bangalore (Hybrid)Experience: 5–10 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant / Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) within the FMCG/CPG domain. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in solution advisory, workshop facilitation, and configuration of business processes, helping clients optimize planning and execution strategies.Key Responsibilities:Act as a solution advisor to clients in the FMCG/CPG space, focusing on TPM/RGM strategies.Lead and facilitate business workshops to gather requirements and define functional solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure TPM/RGM solutions.Drive planning and execution of business transformation initiatives.Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.Required Skills & Experience:5–10 years of experience in business consulting or functional consulting roles.Proven expertise in TPM/RGM processes and tools.Strong domain knowledge of FMCG/CPG industry practices.Experience in conducting workshops and stakeholder engagements.Hands-on experience with configuration of TPM/RGM systems.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.Experience with leading TPM/RGM platforms (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).Certification in relevant consulting or project management methodologies is a plus.#FunctionalConsultant #BusinessConsultant #TPM #RGM #TradePromotionManagement #RevenueGrowthManagement #ConsultingJobs #SAPConsultant #OracleConsultant #SalesforceConsultant #BusinessTransformation
