Tilt is a bold and body-positive Indian lingerie brand doing things differently — from radically comfortable bras and underwear to unfiltered conversations with real women. We're looking for a talented and analytical Growth Marketer to join our marketing team.

What you'll do:

  • Run Performance Marketing across Meta and Google. This includes strategy and execution, as well as extracting deep insights and briefing the creative team to enhance overall performance.
  • Lead SEO/GEO in terms of strategy, keyword research, and insights. Brief writers and the creative team on the content to be generated. 
  • Run our CRM lifecycle - making sure we're engaging and retaining existing customers as well as leveraging various channels. 
  • Work to improve our marketplace performance. 
  • Initiate, own, and lead other key growth marketing projects. 
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in a D2C or consumer brand.
  • Proven expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM — from keyword research to content briefing and performance tracking. Already familiar with or keen to learn and leverage Ai tools and GEO. 
  • Experience with CRM & lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push) and customer retention strategies.
  • Comfort with data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Excel/Sheets, etc.), with the ability to derive insights and act on them.
  • Knowledge of marketplace performance levers (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.) is a plus.
  • A mix of analytical rigour and creative thinking — you know your numbers but can also brief creatives in a way that makes campaigns pop.
