Job Title: IBM Security Verify Directory (ISVD) AdministratorLocation: Remote – IndiaJob Type: Contract (Long-Term Potential)Join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team as an experienced IBM Security Verify Directory (ISVD) Administrator. We’re looking for a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in ISVD to implement, configure, and maintain a secure and scalable directory services infrastructure in a Linux environment. This is a critical role supporting high availability, data integrity, and seamless replication across systems.What You’ll Do:Install and configure IBM Security Verify Directory (ISVD) on Linux servers (RHEL, SUSE).Set up and manage directory replication topologies (master-replica and peer-to-peer).Perform secure data migrations using LDAP tools (e.g., idsldapadd, idsldapmodify).Monitor synchronization and replication health across ISVD nodes.Apply system patches, perform upgrades, and maintain overall directory health and uptime.Troubleshoot technical issues including authentication, performance tuning, and connectivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Networking, Application teams) to support access management needs.Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.What You’ll Bring:4–9 years of Linux system administration experience, with a focus on Identity & Access Management.3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically with IBM Security Verify Directory (ISVD) / Tivoli Directory Server.Strong understanding of LDAP, directory schemas, and access control models.Proven experience managing replication topologies and secure communication between nodes.Proficiency in shell scripting (e.g., Bash) for automation.Deep knowledge of security protocols including SSL/TLS and PKI.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Preferred:Experience with other IBM Security tools (e.g., ISIM, IBM Security Verify SaaS).Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, KVM) and hybrid/cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).IBM certifications related to ISVD or Security solutions.Why Join Us?
