Job Description:Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant will lead solution design, configuration, and testing activities for integrating Dynamics 365 Sales with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Seamless.AI. This role focuses on business analysis, system configuration, data mapping, and validation of enrichment workflows, ensuring CRM data accuracy, usability, and governance.Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Analyse business requirements for lead/contact enrichment, data governance, and workflow automation. Configure Dynamics 365 Sales entities, forms, and relationships for leads, contacts, and accounts. Define and create custom fields. Configure views, dashboards, and security roles for sales and data teams . Integration & Mapping Work with the Power Automate engineer to define field mapping between Dynamics and external enrichment sources. Validate inbound data for accuracy, duplication, and completeness. Support mock data setup for LinkedIn Sales Navigator signals when the native connector is unavailable. Testing & Validation Develop test cases and sample records for enrichment workflows. Validate write-backs from Power Automate into Dynamics fields. Verify that audit and provenance data (source, timestamp, confidence) are captured correctly. Governance & Documentation Define role-based access controls (RBAC) for enriched data. Document configuration changes, mappings, and workflow dependencies. Provide handover notes and user training for sales and admin teams. Collaboration Partner closely with Power Automate engineer to align workflow logic with CRM schema. Collaborate with client stakeholders to confirm test results and acceptance criteria. Support demonstration and walkthrough sessions during pilot and go-liveRequired Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (preferably in Sales module). Strong understanding of Dataverse schema, forms customization, and business process flows. Experience in data integration and field mapping between CRM and third-party systems. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration and Power Automate. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Ability to work closely with technical and business teams.Preferred Skills Experience with ZoomInfo or Seamless.AI API integrations. Knowledge of data governance, audit logging, and compliance best practices.Exposure to Power BI for reporting and ROI tracking.
