We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of our IT course offerings. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the roadmap for our IT courses, ensuring that our offerings are competitive, up-to-date, and aligned with the needs of our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Subject Matter Experts. content curators, marketing, and technology teams to deliver high-quality IT courses that meet market demand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Strategy and Roadmap: Course Development and Management: Collaborate with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to define course objectives, content, and learning outcomes. Coordinate with trainers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support for effective course delivery. Monitor course performance, gather feedback, and iterate on course content and structure based on learner and instructor insights. Market Analysis and Competitor Research Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Performance Tracking and Reporting

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) is preferred. A combination of education and experience will also be considered. Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the CSE/IT courses domain Strong understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies, certifications, and training needs. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market research, competitor analysis, and performance data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, instructors, and stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting business objectives and driving revenue growth. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and online course delivery methods. Passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences to learners.
