We are seeking a Regulated Products & Illegal Online Pharmacy Compliance Analyst with hands-on experience reviewing illegal drug content, online pharmacies, controlled substances, and medical product compliance.The analyst will review URLs, websites, ads, and merchant content to identify:Illegal drug salesUnlicensed pharmaciesSchedule H/H1/X drug violationsPrescription bypassingControlled substances and abused OTC drugsCompliance risks for payment processorsThis role is critical for GBIT’s Merchant Risk & Compliance Testing program, including projects with international financial institutions.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ URL & Website Compliance ReviewAnalyze websites for illegal pharma activityDetect Schedule H/H1/X drug listings without prescriptionsIdentify red flags of rogue pharmaciesReview merchant checkout flows and transaction patternsFlag misuse of medical claims, FDA/CDSCO non-compliance2️⃣ Merchant Risk ClassificationAssign correct MCC codes (e.G., 5912, 5122)Classify regulated, high-risk, and prohibited merchantsEvaluate KYB/KYC documentation for pharmacy businesses3️⃣ Regulatory & Safety EnforcementCompare site content against CDSCO, FDA, NDPS guidelinesIdentify controlled substances (opioids, steroids, codeine, tramadol, etc.)Evaluate compliance with prescription requirementsPrepare evidence-based risk reports4️⃣ Reporting & DocumentationPrepare structured compliance summariesMaintain audit logs and case evidenceCollaborate with team leads to refine risk standards
