You will help build strong teams, smooth onboarding, clear performance systems, and a culture of accountability and excellence—working closely with founders and business heads.Key Responsibilities1. Talent AcquisitionOwn end-to-end hiring for digital, creative, tech, and client servicing rolesBuild consistent pipelines via , referrals, and intern conversionsScreen for skill, attitude, learning speed, and ownership mindset2. Structured OnboardingDrive Day-1 to Day-30 onboardingEnsure new hires clearly understand expectations, culture, and performance metricsTrack probation progress with meaningful reviews3. Performance & GrowthSupport KRA/KPI tracking, monthly reviews, and quarterly evaluationsWork with team leads to identify performance gaps early and support improvementEnable a culture of feedback, growth and merit-based progress4. HR OperationsManage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, documentation, and complianceMaintain accurate, audit-ready HR systems5. Culture & Employee ExperienceDrive engagement initiatives tied to team wellness and momentumBuild recognition systems based on performance and contributionHandle employee concerns with fairness, clarity and maturity6.
