The Senior HR Executive will oversee day-to-day HR management and operations, implement HR policies, and foster employee relations within the organization. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining employee records, managing recruitment processes, and supporting organizational development. The selected candidate will collaborate with various teams to create a positive workplace environment.
