About the Role: This role involves assisting the Transaction Advisory team in execution-level tasks across M&A and capital markets transactions. The trainee will support data coordination, documentation, financial analysis, and research, working under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation and updating of financial models, Excel-based schedules, and transaction workbooks.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and related disclosures.
  • Coordinate audit support documentation and help during statutory audits linked to transactions.
  • Maintain trackers and checklists to monitor ongoing deliverables across the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct desktop research on regulatory, accounting, and financial topics to support ongoing work.
  • Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations on company profiles, research topics, and project summaries.
  • Support in collating and submitting financial and operational data to external advisors during vendor due diligence.
  • Manage and organize data rooms, including document uploads, access rights, and folder structures.
  • Help compile information for DRHPs and assist with IPO-related documentation requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Cleared both groups of CA Intermediate in May 2025
  • Eligible to begin Articleship as per ICAI guidelines
  • Interest in gaining exposure to transaction execution and support functions

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and regulatory frameworks
  • Attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes, and meet deadlines

Stipend:

  • INR 15,000 per month – 1st Year
  • INR 20,000 per month – 2nd Year
