HR Contact - deepak.raut.external@tkil.comJob Description – CCR Operator (Kiln & Raw Mill)Employment Type: TKIL Contractual (FTC)Key ResponsibilitiesOperate Kiln, Raw Mill, and related equipment from the Central Control Room (CCR).Monitor plant parameters, make necessary adjustments to maintain stable operations.Ensure efficient operation of Pyro section, including preheater, kiln, cooler, and related auxiliaries.Maintain Raw Mill operations within defined process and quality standards.Coordinate with field operators for smooth and safe running of equipment.Respond promptly to operational upsets; troubleshoot and optimize process conditions.Record plant data, prepare daily operational reports, and communicate deviations.Ensure adherence to safety, environment, and quality protocols.Assist in shutdown/start-up activities and maintain process discipline.QualificationsEducation: Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related discipline).Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a CCR Operator in a cement plant.Technical Skills:Practical knowledge of Kiln, Raw Mill, and Pyro-processing circuits.Familiarity with process parameters, control logic, and DCS operations.Ability to identify abnormalities and respond effectively.
