Position: Business Unit Head - Security Awareness Location: Mumbai, India AWARE is a Strategic Business Unit within the EC-Council group. The unit delivers cutting-edge solutions in phishing, vishing, smishing, and e-learning, empowering organizations to strengthen their cybersecurity posture. As a scaling business unit, we are focused on achieving aggressive revenue growth and global market expansion. Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Unit Head to lead the SBU through its next phase of growth. This role carries full responsibility for overall business unit performance and P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry, with strong expertise in sales, business development, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to. P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth Lead the SBU with full P&L accountability, setting and executing a financial and strategic roadmap to deliver aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership within 3–5 years. Revenue Acceleration & Business Development Drive top-line growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding the unit’s market share in the cybersecurity sector. Financial Performance & Profitability Oversee all financial aspects of the SBU, ensuring budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance. Scalable Operations Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives. Leadership for Performance Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets. Board & Stakeholder Alignment Act as the primary liaison with the Board, investors, and key external stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates to ensure alignment on growth and value-creation goals. Market Growth & Positioning Strengthen the SBU’s competitive positioning in the cybersecurity industry by identifying new revenue streams, exploring growth markets, and driving innovation to enhance financial performance. Qualifications & Experience 15+ years of proven leadership with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success. Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses. Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments. Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
