Role: Director – Partnership Sales Experience: 12+ Years Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Director – Partnership Sales to define, build, and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, working closely with technology alliances, resellers, consultants, and service partners to drive revenue growth and long-term strategic value. Key Responsibilities Define and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business and revenue goals. Design and implement scalable partner programs that support growth across markets. Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners , including technology, channel, and service partners. Build and grow a high-performing partner network that accelerates pipeline and revenue. Lead complex partnership negotiations , ensuring mutually beneficial commercial and strategic outcomes. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless partner execution. Establish and track performance metrics, reporting, and KPIs to measure partner success. Drive continuous improvement across partner programs and engagement models. Manage legal, financial, and operational aspects of partnership agreements and governance. Qualifications & Experience 12+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales . Strong experience building and scaling partner ecosystems , preferably within SaaS, HCM, or HR Tech . Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution . Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue impact through partnerships. Experience working with CRM and partner management tools . Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills What Sets You Apart Established network within the SaaS or cloud solutions ecosystem .
