Role: Facets ExpertExperience: 8+ yearsBand: B3Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Greater NoidaNotice Period: Immediate to 30 DaysJob DescriptionThe Facets Expert will be responsible for implementing, upgrading, and maintaining Facets-based healthcare solutions. This role involves managing platform installations, batch configurations, and end-to-end upgrade projects. The candidate must collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional applications to ensure smooth delivery and performance of Facets systems.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business priorities and requirements to implement Facets solutions effectively.Perform Facets installation, batch configuration, and platform upgrades.Manage Facets upgrade projects, including provisioning of Facets Batch and HIPAA gateway servers.Conduct end-to-end testing of Facets upgrades and coordinate with business and cross-application teams.Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed technical designs.Design and build solutions using .NET/C#, Angular, and related technologies.Develop applications/services based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices.Re-engineer monolithic or SQL-heavy applications into modern, cloud-ready (Azure) solutions.Ensure code follows organizational standards and best practices.Resolve production issues within defined SLAs through RCA and preventive action.Utilize AI-driven tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and automation using Python.Participate in design, code, and peer reviews.Adopt DevOps and CI/CD principles in project execution.Lead feature implementation, cross-team collaboration, and innovation initiatives.Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Required SkillsMandatory: Expertise in Facets installation, batch configuration, and platform upgrade.Strong experience managing Facets upgrade projects and HIPAA gateway configurations.In-depth knowledge of claim flow within Facets.Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, Angular, and Azure environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred SkillsAzure Cloud and DevOps experience.Familiarity with Microservices architecture and AI adoption in automation.Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration and mentoring.
