About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team and work closely with our L&D Manager. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging learning experience for employees — from training logistics to program evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end training programs — plan, organize, and administer training sessions. Maintain accurate training records , attendance, and completion data within the Learning Management System (LMS) . Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps . Provide administrative and logistical support for trainees and onboarding programs. Assist with new hire orientation and induction sessions. Collect and analyze feedback and survey data to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements. Location & Experience: Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination Mode: Face-to-Face Interview Venue: People Prime Worldwide Pvt. Ltd., 2nd Floor, 6th Phase, Kukatpally Housing Board Colony, 9th Phase Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana – Landmark: Above Indian Bank, 2nd Floor Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Candidates within a 5 km radius preferred — relocation accepted) Essential Skills: Excellent organizational and coordination skills High attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Tech-savvy , proficient in MS Office and quick to learn LMS platforms Please bring 2 copies of your resume |
