Role Overview

As a Senior Architectural Visualizer, you'll transform design concepts into compelling, photorealistic imagery and animations. You will lead visualization projects from concept through delivery, collaborating closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure visual content meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Asset Development: Model, texture, light, and render architectural scenes in V-Ray, Corona, and Lumion for stills, fly-throughs, and VR presentations.
  • Art Direction: Define and maintain the visual style and quality benchmarks; mentor junior artists on best practices.
  • Client Collaboration: Liaise with architects, interior designers, and clients to understand briefs, provide design feedback, and iterate visuals based on notes.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine render pipelines, scripts, and tools to improve efficiency and consistency across projects.
  • Project Management: Plan deliverables, set milestones, estimate timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of all visual outputs for technical accuracy (materials, lighting, composition) and brand/ design alignment.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay current on visualization trends, software updates, and emerging technologies (e.g., Unreal Engine, real-time engines, AI denoising) to continuously elevate our offerings.
  • Generate VR Tours with 360 Renders and also generate other VR content such as mono and stereo walkthroughs.
  • Lead a team of 3D artists

Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expert in V-Ray (3ds Max or SketchUp), Corona, and Lumion.
  • Strong grasp of 3D modeling in 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit.
  • Advanced understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and camera composition.
  • Skilled in Photoshop, After Effects, or equivalent for post-production.
  • Generative AI

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in architectural visualization.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing photorealistic stills, animations, and interactive walkthroughs.
  • Exposure to real-time engines (Unreal, Unity) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong visual storytelling and art direction abilities.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with impeccable organizational and time-management skills.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
