Job Description – Executive Assistant to CEO Location: Jagatpur, Ahmedabad Experience Required: 3–5 Years Overview We are looking for a bold, confident, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director. The ideal candidate should be presentable, proactive, and skilled in managing meetings, communications, and day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong personality who can represent the Director in meetings, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, conferences, and client interactions. Attend client and business meetings with the Director, prepare detailed meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-ups. Draft, review, and manage professional communication, reports, and presentations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times with professionalism. Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure smooth execution of the Director’s commitments. Handle calendar management, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently. Support in business growth initiatives by assisting with proposals, presentations, and documentation. Coordinate with teams across departments to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables. Desired Candidate Profile : 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. Strong, confident, and presentable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bold, proactive, and organized in handling meetings, follow-ups, and client interactions. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Professional appearance with a positive, dynamic attitude.
