This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level support to the CEO, which includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, handling expense reports, and providing general administrative assistance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining effective communication on behalf of the CEO and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Experience with Expense Reports and related financial processing tasks Exceptional Diary Management and organizational capabilities Must be proficient in Social Media Management, E-Commerce order processing, shipments, inventory replenishment, etc. Generate PO, vendor management, quotes handling and comparison, etc. Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling software Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Prior experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage Transportation facility is available only from SG Highway, Ahmedabad.
