Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the technical expert supporting our customers throughout the sales journey—from first contact to post-sales service—ensuring they fully realize the value of our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
  • Present technical information and demonstrations to clients
  • Prepare and submit technical proposals and quotations
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and production teams for concept and cost estimation
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements during all engagements
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to drive growth and suggest product enhancements
  • Travel extensively within India and internationally for business development

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of technical sales experience in the machine tools industry (applications from candidates with less experience will not be considered)
  • Prior experience in the SPM industry is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
