Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Operations Management:

  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and enhance productivity across business units.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.

  • Work with finance teams to ensure cost-effectiveness in all processes.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.
  • Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.

Customer & Market Focus:

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product and service offerings.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service and after-sales support.

    • Financial acumen with P&L management experience.
