From ONQL, our open-source, context-aware hybrid query language, to Fintrabit, a white-label trading terminal for brokers and fintechs — we’re creating tools that power the next generation of financial and data infrastructure.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Backend Developer (Golang) with 2–4 years of experience who’s passionate about building fast, reliable, and scalable backend systems. You’ll work closely with our core engineering team to design and optimize APIs, microservices, and containerized deployments that keep ONQL and Fintrabit running at lightning speed.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using GolangDevelop APIs and data pipelines for internal and external integrationsImplement containerized solutions using Docker and manage deploymentsCollaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD workflowsOptimize system performance, scalability, and fault toleranceWrite clean, well-documented, and testable code for production environmentsRequirements2–4 years of backend development experienceStrong command of Golang and concurrent programming conceptsSolid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database designHands-on experience with Docker or similar container toolsFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructureNice to HaveExposure to Kubernetes, GraphQL, or gRPCExperience contributing to open-source projectsUnderstanding of distributed systems or high-frequency trading systemsWhat We OfferWork on technically challenging, product-driven projects with global potentialOpportunity to contribute to open-source initiatives and gain community visibilityFlat hierarchy, strong learning culture, and ownership from day one
