Associate Manager - AMC OperationsLocation: BangaloreAbout the TeamThe Investments team at Navi manages our portfolio of investment products, including mutual funds and digital gold. The team is responsible for conceptualizing new investment solutions and expanding the customer base for existing products, driving growth and accessibility in the investment space.About the RoleThis role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of critical fund operations, from managing account openings and cash flows to overseeing trade settlements across asset classes. It involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to maintain operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution, all of which contribute to the efficiency and integrity of the fund's daily functioning.What We Expect From YouEfficiently managing the account opening process, including Demat accounts, custody accounts, and collection accountsEnsure attention to detail and accuracy in the account opening procedures.Administering daily cash flows for the fund house and reporting real time cash positions to Fund managers. Calculation of scheme shortages and borrowing limitsPreparing daily incremental & final cash flow reports & ensuring banking activity is managed timely and accurately.Timely and accurately handle trade management across various asset classes.Ensure compliance with trade allocations, reporting, and settlements requirements.Meet trade reporting deadlines on relevant platforms within stipulated time frames.Maintain and perform reconciliations for all trade settlements.Report trades to FA and Custody departments in a timely manner.Manage trade settlements for equity, debt, money market, and other relevant transactions.Serve as a point of contact for any trade settlement queries from Dealers and Fund Managers.Must HavesProblem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Stakeholder management.Strategic thinkingGood communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for articulating.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.Inside NaviWe are shaping the future of financial services for a billion Indians through products that are simple, accessible, and affordable.
