**Responsibilities**:

- Reaching out to Banks, Clients, Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Societies (PACCS) and warehousing companies/ organizations and meet them frequently. Should be willing to travel extensively across given territory.
- Registration of Repository Participants (RPs).
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings with RPs to onboard them on CCRL.
- Training to RPs
- Training to Warehouses
- Liaison between new warehouse and Operations team at Mumbai for onboarding of warehouse.
- Meet mandi officials, discuss and implement eNAM integration.
- Meet state warehousing and central warehousing officials and onboard them.
- Meet cooperative banks, DCCBs and other local lending institutions and onboard them.
- Organizing Outreach Programs.
- Maintain good relationship vide regular contact with clients (Depositors, Banks etc.) and ensure timely response to their queries.
- Ensure achieving sales targets as decided by the management from time to time.

**Apart from the CTC person will be entitled to Incentives as well. The same will be based on eNWR generation and its quantity. Details provided in enclosure as well. Incentives to be based on and will be calculated as follows**:

- Rs. 50 for every 500 MT goods deposited and eNWR generated for Government segment.
- Rs. 100 for every 50 MT goods deposited and eNWR generated for non-farmer category of General segment.
- Rs. 50 for every 50 MT goods deposited and eNWR generated for farmer category of General segment.
