As a Presales Consultant at Neutrinos, you'll play a crucial role in the sales cycle by leveraging your expertise in the insurance industry and leveraging a solution design using the Neutrinos platform.
What you'll do :
- Client Engagement : Collaborate with prospective clients to understand their unique business challenges and objectives, providing insights into how our solutions can address their needs.
- Discovery & Due Diligence : Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and assess their current processes, enabling tailored solution design and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client requirements for POCs.
- Solution Demonstrations : Preparing and delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements, showcasing the capabilities of our platform.
- Proposal Development : Developing Statement of Work (SOW), Estimates and Proposals, and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client expectations and articulating the value of Neutrinos' offerings.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Working closely with Sales, Proposition, and R&D across multiple regions to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagements and to relay client feedback for product enhancement.
- Market Analysis : Staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position Neutrinos in the market and support strategic initiatives.
- Training and Mentoring : Supporting the onboarding and development of junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team We're Looking for 8+ years of experience in a Presales role or equivalent of consulting, Presales or business analysis roles.
- Ability to explain complex insurance workflows to both technical and non-technical audiences which may include creating functional workflows using tools like MIRO, Figma or similar.
- Expertise in the Life/Health or P&C insurance industry, including the ability to speak to underwriting, claims and distribution management, end-to-end functionality and integration endpoints.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and benefits to enterprise insurance carriers' business and technology teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong presentation skills, with experience conducting demos and delivering executive-level presentations.
- Travel up to 50%
