Responsibilities

  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation experience
  • Hands-on expertise with Compensation Planning, Variable Pay & Reward modules
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Central data structures and integration techniques
  • Proven ability to translate complex HR processes into system configurations
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and training

Qualifications

Education details related to HR or IT fields are preferred.

Required Skills

  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation experience
  • Hands-on expertise with Compensation Planning, Variable Pay & Reward modules
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Central data structures and integration techniques
  • Proven ability to translate complex HR processes into system configurations
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and training

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Project management experience
