KNK Ship Management is a leading marine service provider in India, holding an RPSL license issued by the Directorate General of Shipping. We manage a fleet of tugs, dredgers, and vessels for global delivery. Our operations span port & terminal services and offshore support. We are deeply committed to maritime safety and training, backed by our in-house simulator and a maritime training institute under the Make in India initiative.

Role Overview – Group Company Secretary (Fresher Only)

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Company Secretary (CS) with a passion for corporate governance and compliance to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time on-site position at our Head Office in Andheri West. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring statutory and legal compliance across companies within the KNK Group.

Qualifications

Must have completed Company Secretary (CS) certification.

Freshers only – this role is for newly qualified professionals.

Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or Commerce preferred.

Strong understanding of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and corporate governance norms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience or exposure to the shipping/maritime industry is an added advantage.
