Gb Realty is an Optas Group Venture Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Sales Manager - Luxury Real Estate. The Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of luxury real estate sales operations, including developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying potential buyers, building partnerships, conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and guiding the sales team to optimize their performance and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management within the luxury real estate sector Strong skills in Negotiation, Lead Generation, and Customer Engagement Experience in Team Leadership and Performance Management Comfortable with CRM tools and other Sales-related technologies Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment Relevant industry certifications or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Local market knowledge and professional network in the real estate domain
