We are looking for a passionate and creative Visual Designer & Associate Art Director who can communicate the brand's existing vision into compelling visuals and experiences across digital and physical platforms.Position OverviewThe Visual Designer & Associate Art Director will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualise, design, and execute high-impact visual communications that align with the brand’s luxury positioning. The role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and aesthetic judgment, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The ideal candidate should be a proactive team player with an eye for detail and a willingness to travel for photo shoots, brand events, and campaign execution.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design creative campaigns, visual assets, and communication materials for both digital and print platforms.Define and uphold the brand’s visual identity across marketing, packaging, retail, and social media channels.Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and copywriters to deliver cohesive brand narratives.Manage all stages of the design process — from concept and storyboard to final execution.Provide creative direction for photo and video shoots, ensuring aesthetics align with brand tone.Supervise junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven work environment.Stay informed about design trends, materials, and techniques relevant to luxury and fashion brands.Required Skills & AttributesStrong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability.Excellent management and leadership skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).Working knowledge of Canva and other design tools.Keen sense of layout, composition, color, and typography.Strong communication and coordination skills.Willingness to learn new design trends and technologies.Team-oriented, detail-driven, and deadline-focused approach.Education & Preferred InstitutesGraduate or Postgraduate in B.Des or Fashion Communication from one of the following institutions:NIFT, IICD, NID, Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design & Technology, or JD Institute of Fashion Technology.Job Type & TravelFull-time, On-site (Dehradun)Travel: Required for shoots, events, and brand-related assignmentsPortfolio RequirementApplicants must submit a digital portfolio showcasing previous design work, including campaign visuals, brand identity projects, and any motion or styling work.
