In pursuit of this, we are seeking to hire a driven & experienced
'Junior Tech/IT Recruiter'
with previous experience in sourcing and screening relevant profiles, majorly hiring within Tech/Digital space, across key job families in Software, Platforms, Infrastructure, Security etc. A few examples would be of the software engineer, data, and analyst roles within an Insurance company, to support & deliver our client's talent needs. The ideal candidate would be responsible for sourcing, screening and build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates across various requirements in terms of roles and achieving targets. This is a fantastic role for an individual looking for their next big challenge, as you will have the opportunity to work with one of the biggest clients within the pharmaceutical industry and build their careers, to deliver great results for the client right at the start of a new solution.

Note: This is a very sourcing first heavy role.
Ownership of the entire sourcing and screening process cycle for several key roles and business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing for diverse roles (for Tech/Digital space across key job families in Software, Platforms, Infrastructure, Security etc.)Strategizing on the sourcing part of recruitment processes in consultation with the Team lead, thereby proactively helping the team with relevant and quality profiles and building a healthy pipeline to cover for all hiring requirements.Ensuring exceptional candidate experience maintaining Korn Ferry values and standards at all times.Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with Leads, managers and the team, ensuring timely deliverables.Supporting the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of diverse rolesMaintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the clientCommunicating effectively with the team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutionsSupport and deliver on the overall service delivery targets to deliver a successful output.
Qualifications & Requirements

of Recruitment experience supporting
IT/Tech hiring.Experience in sourcing and screening for
Tech/IT roles across key job families in Software, Platforms, Infrastructure, Security etc -
PAN India hiring.Should use various methods of sourcing leveraging various job portals, Referrals, Community networking.
Using Advanced LinkedIn search, boolean search, Keywords, string search, X-ray search, use of relevant operators across various job boards
and portals, thereby using their full sourcing potential to deliver best in market available candidates.Is able to individually manage high volume hiring targets to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously (25-30 reqs ).Excellent verbal and written communication (Fluent in English, without any grammatical errors)Previous experience with using ATS - Workday & Eightfold is preferredA Bachelor’s degree is a must.Should be a team player.Excellent work ethics and a dedicated individual looking for a long-term association with Korn Ferry and the client for their career growth and grow with us simultaneously.Ability to deal and show flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.
