Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Tumkur/Bangalore & Karwar for a Corporate Human Resources professional. The Corporate HR role involves managing day-to-day HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role also includes ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills 8-10 years Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits Personnel Management skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in the Herbal extraction manufacturing sector is a plus
