The Corporate HR role involves managing day-to-day HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role also includes ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a positive work environment.QualificationsHuman Resources (HR) and HR Management skills8-10 years Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee BenefitsPersonnel Management skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrior experience in the Herbal extraction manufacturing sector is a plus
