Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and create data-driven plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including Meta, email marketing, and others.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns to meet objectives and KPIs.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Utilize analytical tools and tracking platforms to monitor campaign performance.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to improve ROI.
  • Implement optimization strategies based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to ongoing strategy refinement.

Pre-requisites:

  • 1 year of experience in performance marketing with D2C brands
  • Proven success in creating and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
