Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG's global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Expertise / Knowledge required:

• Having experience of 2-5 years as business analyst on regulatory report automation.
• Strong knowledge in the area of requirements definition and software development lifecycle methodology (Agile / Waterfall).
• Experience writing business requirement.
• Understanding of CBS products (Loans, Treasury, Derivative, Deposits, Funds Transfer, Export / Import, Accounting / Information, Common Function)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of business.
• Individual should be self-motivated and flexible.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to collaborate, multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines.
• Good experience with Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio and defect management tool Jira.
• University graduate in business or related field

Good to have:

• Prior experience working on Analytics or any reporting tool
• RBI regulatory reporting requirement

Purpose of the Role:

• To play a key role in Automating the regulatory reporting and Internal MIS reporting

Main Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes and reporting requirement, document the requirement and co-ordinate with the development team
• Lead the discussion of gap analysis including documentation like creation of BRD, FSD, BRFSD etc
• Ensure solid partnerships across branches and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
• Collaborate and co-ordinate with the Technical BA and global partners including vendor
• Ensure consistency with global operation and IT strategy
• Develop test cases and execute User Acceptance Test and support Migration and release management
• Understand the reporting requirement, investigate the differences, and provide the change requirements/ defects to the development team.
• Work closely with Operations team, IT team and vendors and ensure the timelines are met without any delays/issues.
• Identify issues /risks in terms of current process flow and bring right mitigant to protect banks overall Risk parameters.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and status update on regular basis
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and reporting requirements.
• Prioritizing requirement based on business needs and management guidance.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Support production system issues and work towards resolution
