Engineering Resource Management Intern

Title : Resource Management Intern

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to forecast technical resource needs.
• Build and maintain structured resource plans aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze technical skill sets, identify capability gaps, and support talent-to-project mapping.
• Partner with project managers to evaluate resource implications on scope and delivery.
• Prepare resource utilization reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to predictive forecasting models to anticipate future demands.
• Support onboarding of technical team members into ongoing projects.
• Continuously refine resource management processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Track project progress and proactively flag potential resource-related risks.

Foundational Skills:

• Technical Acumen: Engineering/technical background with strong understanding of technical concepts.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to forecast, plan, and optimize technical resource allocation.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working with engineers, PMs, and business stakeholders.
• Extreme Ownership: Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented.
• Business Alignment: Ability to connect resource planning with organizational goals.
• Resilience: Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced project environments.

Advanced Skills (Preferred)

• Exposure to talent mapping in technical environments.
• Understanding of project scopes, dependencies, and architecture-driven resource needs.
• Experience in stakeholder discussions within technical or project delivery contexts.
