JOB BRIEF ● Job Title : Sales and Marketing Executive ● Department : Sales Department ● Pay Structure : 20k-35k/- per month ● Job Type : Full Time ● Reporting to : Sales Head ● Location : Nirman Vihar (Delhi) JOB BRIEF We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and creative marketing campaigns. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY ● Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research. ● Convert potential leads into long-term customers. ● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. ● Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. ● Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. ● Prepare and present proposals to clients. ● Negotiate terms and close deals to maximize profitability. ● Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services. ● Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content, including social media posts, blogs, brochures, and email campaigns. ● Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. ● Provide insights to optimize marketing strategies. Qualifications and Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Proven experience in sales and marketing or a related role. ● Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results. ● Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is an advantage.
